Le Pelley AvànchierTerms of use

Terms of use

Last updated October 22, 2026. Version 2026-10-22.2.

These cover the website and your account. Any work we do for you is set out in its own signed agreement, which these terms never override.

1. Who these terms are with

This website and its accounts are run by Wynantskill Vryheden LLC, trading as Le Pelley Avànchier. Using the site, or opening an account, means you accept these terms. If you do so for a business, you confirm you may accept them for it.

2. Work is under its own agreement

Nothing on this website is an offer to do work at a price. Any work we do is set out in a written agreement that you sign, and that agreement, not this page or anything on the site, decides what we do, when and for how much. Where the two differ, the agreement wins.

3. Your account

Keep your sign-in to yourself, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it. Give us true details. You can close your account at any time from Settings in your account, or by writing to us; we may close one that is misused, and will tell you why.

4. Using the site fairly

  • Do not try to get into parts of the site that are not yours, or test, probe or overload it.
  • Do not use it to send anything unlawful, or anything you have no right to send.
  • Do not collect information from it by automated means, or pass off our material as your own.

5. Private links

An assessment or proposal we send you is private to your business. Its link is the key to it, so share it only inside the business. Links expire; ask us for a fresh one at any time.

6. What is on the site

Assessments read what is publicly visible at one moment and can change from run to run; they are a starting point for a conversation, not advice to rely on alone. Anything we deliver to you under an agreement is yours as that agreement says. The site's own words, design and marks are ours.

7. Our responsibility

We take care over the site, but we provide it as it is, without promises that it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using the site itself (as opposed to work under a signed agreement, which carries its own terms). Nothing here limits anything the law does not allow us to limit.

8. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, and its state and federal courts in Wake County decide any dispute about them, unless an agreement between us says otherwise. Questions go to desk@lepelley.tech. When these terms change, the date at the top changes, and a change applies to an account from the next time it is used.
