Privacy notice

Last updated October 22, 2026. Version 2026-10-22.2.

In plain words: we collect only what we need to answer you and do the work, we never sell it, and you can ask us what we hold, to correct it or to delete it.

1. Who we are

Le Pelley Avànchier is the trading name of Wynantskill Vryheden LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company, of 10 W Franklin St, Raleigh, NC 27604. We help small businesses move on to systems they own. This notice says what we collect about you, why, who else sees it, how long we keep it and what you can ask of us. Write to desk@lepelley.tech with any question about it.

2. What we collect, and why

We collect only what we need to answer you, to agree and do the work, and to keep the records the law asks of a business.

  • When you write to us: your name, email, business, and what you tell us, plus a phone number and website if you give them. We use them to reply and to prepare for a first conversation.
  • When you open an account: your name and email. We use them to sign you in with a link we email you, and to show you your own work.
  • When you go ahead: the business's legal name, how it is set up, its address, and who signs for it. We use them to write and send the agreement, and as the agreement's record.
  • When you sign: your typed name and title, the time, and the network address and browser that sent the signature, kept with the agreement as the record of who signed it and when.
  • When you pay: our payment processor takes your card details directly. We never see or store a card number; we keep what you bought, when and the amount.
  • About your business's public presence: an assessment reads what any customer can see of your business from outside (your website and public listings). It does not sign in to anything of yours.
  • Security signals: a check that a person, not a robot, is using our forms, and counts of how often a form is sent from one place, which we keep as one-way hashes, not addresses.

3. What we do not do

  • We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising that follows you across other sites.
  • We do not ask for or keep a Social Security number, a tax ID, bank details or card numbers.
  • We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The cookies we set keep you signed in, and nothing else.
  • Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

4. Who else sees it

Only the companies that run parts of our service for us, each bound to use it for that and nothing else: our hosting and database providers, our email delivery provider, Cloudflare (which checks our forms are used by people and delivers our mail), and Stripe (which takes payments). We name the payment and security providers because you deal with them directly; the rest we describe by what they do.

We will share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights in a dispute, or with a company that takes over our business, which would be bound by this notice.

5. How long we keep it

  • A message you send us: until you ask us to delete it, and we review and delete old ones that did not lead to work at least once a year.
  • Your account: while you have it. Close it from Settings in your account, or by writing to us, and we delete it 30 days later unless you sign back in and keep it, keeping only what the rows below require.
  • An agreement, its signature record and payment records: seven years after the work ends, the period business and tax records are kept, and longer only if a legal claim needs them.
  • Our copy of work we delivered: for the period you chose in your agreement, which you can change or end from your account.

6. What you can ask of us

Wherever you live, you can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, to give you a copy, or to delete it, and to stop using it for anything other than the work you asked for. Settings in your account lets you correct your name and email, download a copy of your data, or close your account; for anything else, write to desk@lepelley.tech from the address we know you by; we answer within 30 days and do not charge. If we must keep something (a signed agreement, for instance), we will say what and why. Asking will never change the price or quality of anything we do for you.

If a law where you live gives you further rights, or a right to appeal our answer, write to the same address and we will honor it.

7. Keeping it safe

Everything travels encrypted, private links are signed and expire, and only the people who do your work can see it. Passwords and keys to your accounts never pass through us: you invite us, and you can remove us at any time.

If information about you is ever exposed in a way that puts you at risk, we will tell you without unreasonable delay, and tell North Carolina's Attorney General where the law requires it (N.C.G.S. 75-65).

8. Changes to this notice

When this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it. If a change affects information we already hold about you, we will tell you before it applies.
